Terms & Conditions
Plain terms for using The Honest Donkey. By using the service you accept these.
Nature of the service
The Honest Donkey provides research and decision support, not financial, legal or professional advice. All opportunities require independent validation.
No guarantees
We never claim that results guarantee income, customers or business success. Scores are estimates and must not be treated as certainties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service or submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Payments
Prove is the paid entry point at £29 for the first month, then £29 per month unless cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time. Build, Launch, Grow and Scale are billed monthly or annually and can also be cancelled at any time. The standalone Full Donkey's Verdict is no longer sold separately — it is now included in Prove; existing Verdict purchasers keep permanent access to their reports and any upgrade credit already earned. Prices and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout. If a report genuinely fails to generate, your entitlement is preserved. Billing is not yet live.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions you make based on your report.
