What we collect
Your email, an encrypted password, and the answers you give during the interview. We do not ask for more than we need.
Why we process it
To generate your Opportunity Snapshot and full Donkey's Verdict, and to let you save and revisit reports. You consent to this when you create an account.
AI-generated content
Your report is produced by a large language model using only the information you provide. We never sell your interview answers, and personally identifiable answers are excluded from general analytics.
Emails we send
Service emails (such as account, complimentary-trial and trial-expiry notices) are sent only where necessary to operate your account and contain no promotional content. Marketing emails (product news, offers, and abandoned-checkout reminders) are sent only if you have given separate, optional marketing consent or where a lawful soft opt-in applies. Marketing consent is never pre-ticked, is never a condition of using the service, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we honour it immediately.
Data storage & transport
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Secrets are managed server-side and never exposed to your browser.
Your rights
You can export all of your data or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deletion is permanent.
